1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rubicon (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Service Description
Rubicon is an approval-gated operations platform that can connect to third-party systems (for example GitHub and Slack), aggregate operational signals, and generate suggested actions. Externally binding actions should only be executed when explicitly approved by authorized users.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
5. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds
Subscription fees, trial terms, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies are described on our Billing, Trials, and Refunds page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
- Access or attempt to access data not authorized to you
- Bypass security controls or rate limits
- Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse proprietary components
7. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (including identity, payment, and connected workspace systems). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages, or policy changes.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by Atlas Systems LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Atlas Systems LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Systems LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
15. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Colorado, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Colorado, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
