Billing, Trials, and Refunds

Rubicon Plan: $200 per month

Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new organizations. The trial begins when you connect your first workspace (GitHub or Slack) and complete your first sync. During the trial period, you have full access to all features of the Rubicon plan.
No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You will be charged the subscription fee on the renewal date.
Billing is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of that month.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for partial months.
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us at contact@withrubicon.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review your request and may provide a refund at our discretion in cases of billing errors.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Partial months of service
- Unused portions of a billing period
- Changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us at contact@withrubicon.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your subscription based on your location.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe. We reserve the right to change accepted payment methods at any time.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
